Salary: £34,500 – £41,100 per annum

Location: At an Ofsted-rated Outstanding further education college in Northamptonshire

Are you passionate about pedagogical excellence and digital transformation in FE/HE? Think FE are recruiting for a prestigious FE college who are looking for a Teaching Innovation Coach, collaborating with teaching staff to:

• Enhance pedagogical practices and embed innovative teaching strategies
• Champion digital learning and blended delivery for outstanding student outcomes
• Observe lessons and provide tailored one-to-one development support
• Integrate digital tools into curriculum planning and everyday learning

• Salary of £33,500 - £40,000 per annum
• Generous annual leave: 44 days per year
• Enrolment to Teachers’ Pension Scheme with 28.68% employer contribution

• Degree-level qualification & Level 5 teaching credential
• Proven teaching and/or mentoring experience within FE or HE
• Confidence in using digital tools and blended learning approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
