We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within welcoming and supportive primary schools across the Lutterworth and Market Harborough areas.

Whether you have previous experience in education or are looking to take your first step into a rewarding school-based role, we would love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range, working alongside teachers and school staff to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. You will play an important role in helping children develop both academically and socially.

Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm

• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Are happy to work across the primary age range.

Essential:

• GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  .

Desirable:

• Teaching Assistant qualifications.
• Previous experience working with children, either in education, childcare, coaching, youth work, mentoring, or a similar setting.
