What you'll be doing

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise pupils when their teacher is unavailable, using the plans and resources provided by the school.

You'll use your skills to:

* Manage behaviour confidently and consistently.

* Keep pupils engaged with their learning.

* Build positive relationships.

* Maintain a calm and productive classroom.

* Support pupils throughout the school day.
