About

The Role

As a Parts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the daily flow of vehicle parts across multiple customer accounts. You will be responsible for identifying and sourcing the correct parts, managing orders and ETAs, and ensuring internal teams have everything they need to complete vehicle work efficiently.

Working closely with the Parts Team Leader and wider departments, you will use your initiative to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identifying required vehicle parts from inspection images and confirming part requirements accurately
  • Pricing parts using EPC systems and manufacturer catalogues
  • Ordering parts for vehicles and managing daily order allocation
  • Monitoring order progress and ensuring the supply chain supports operational demands
  • Communicating with internal teams to ensure timely completion of vehicle work
What We’re Looking For
  • Basic knowledge of parts systems is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues
  • Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and good PC literacy
