Travel sphere and Just You operate an exciting portfolio of holidays across the globe, offering an eclectic mix of destinations to our travellers.

Leading the way in guided touring holidays, Travel sphere takes its customers all over the world and is centred around the customers’ shared experiences. Just You’s collection of worldwide guided touring holidays has been designed exclusively for solo travellers. From short breaks to epic journeys, customers travelling with Just You discover fascinating cities, spectacular scenery, and fabulous sightseeing in the company of other solo travellers.

We are currently looking to contract talented and professional Holiday Directors to lead our holidays throughout Europe and North America. Our Holiday Directors are responsible for leading and managing our holidays across our global destinations. As a Holiday Director, you are the face of our brand in the destination and are responsible for ensuring our customers have the Holiday of a Lifetime.

G Touring contracts Holiday Directors to provide specified specialist services. As such, you will be a self-employed contractor operating your own business and appropriately registered. Successful applicants will be able to qualify to join our Contracted Holiday Director Providers List, enabling them to apply for available contracts (being single holidays or multiple holiday bundles).

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Tour Manager or similar roles leading groups within the travel industry.
• Some availability for work within May/June/September/October. We operate holidays 12 months a year however, for any Holiday Director joining our Contracted Holiday Director Providers List, initial tour contract offers for successful applicants would be for our peak operating season in Europe and North America within these months.
• Have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for travel, and for sharing your knowledge and expertise with others.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Deliver outstanding customer service - you are a natural people connector, a friendly and approachable listener.
• Be highly organized, pro-active and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Be a positive team player working collaboratively with our local operating partners, suppliers, guides, drivers and head office
• Be an excellent communicator, you will have the ability to deal with many diverse scenarios with differing customer expectations to ensure every customer has the holiday of a lifetime
• Be a solution-focused problem solver - you will have the skills to manage many diverse situations and challenges in a calm, responsible and professional manner.
• Have experience working in Europe and/or North America.
