Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM;
Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Overtime:
Available and paid at a premium rate

Engineering @ 365 is recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join their team based Leicester Centre on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a bench hand joiner and experience working on bespoke projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Craft and assemble wooden components and structures with precision.

* Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate work.

* Operate various joinery machinery and tools safely and efficiently.

* Ensure high-quality finishes on all projects.

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

* Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines.

* Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

* NVQ qualification in joinery or a related field.

* Proven experience as a bench hand joiner.

* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

* Proficient in using joinery tools and machinery.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.
