Location:
Nettleton, Lincolnshire Salary: £50,000 Were working with a well established business thats looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their site in Nettleton. This is a hands on role within a busy production environment, where youll play a key part in keeping machinery running smoothly and minimising downtime. Benefits 6.2 weeks holiday 5% employer pension Life assurance Ongoing training and development Additional wellbeing and lifestyle benefits The role Youll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across site, working on a range of equipment and continuously looking for ways to improve reliability.
Day to day, youll be:
Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs Completing planned preventative maintenance Keeping accurate maintenance records Identifying recurring issues and improving equipment performance Making sure everything is kept audit-ready What we're looking for Previous experience in a multi-skilled engineering role Solid Mechanical and Electrical knowledge Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering If you are interested in this role, get in touch with Josh Sharkey from Stirling Warrington for this role or any other role across the Lincolnshire area.
