We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Market Rasen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work with the potential for career progression.

• Operating machinery and equipment on the production line
• Assembling, packing, and labelling products accurately
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high production standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following company procedures and health & safety regulations

• Previous experience in a production, factory or warehouse environment (preferred, not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required

• Weekly pay
