Looking for a role where your care and compassion truly matter? At Lifeways, we’re searching for a full-time Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cherry Grove in Warsop
—a vibrant supported living service where independence and community go hand in hand.

We’re seeking reliable, empathetic, and proactive individuals with prior experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. You’ll be someone who thrives in a team, communicates with kindness, and brings energy and patience to every shift.

• Early shift:
  7am-2.30pm
  Late shift: 2.30pm-10pm
  Night shift:
  waking nights and sleep-in shifts
  * sleep-in shifts are paid at £69
• Full flexibility to work the above four shifts is required, including weekends on a rota basis

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
