Senior Accountant – Public Accounting | Markham Base Pay Range
CA $80,000.00/yr - CA$/yr
Our client, a reputable accounting firm in Markham, is seeking a Senior Accountant with public accounting experience to provide expert financial services and client support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage audits, reviews, and compilations for a portfolio of clients
- Prepare complex corporate and personal tax filings
- Oversee accounting engagements and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance
- Communicate financial insights to clients to support business decisions
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong technical accounting, tax, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
