Reporting directly to the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate accounting practices across Xplore subsidiaries. Your responsibilities include managing IFRS-based financial reports, preparing journal entries, and enhancing month-end closing processes with your Excel and ERP skills. You’ll also collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance and clarity in financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own preparation and posting of journal entries monthly

• Ensure accuracy in month-end entries and reconciliations

• Coordinate timely filing of sales tax returns

• Engage with external auditors during yearly audits

• Lead monthly intercompany invoicing and adjustments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a multi-entity accounting environment

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• Solid understanding of IFRS accounting principles

• High-level Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Strong communicator comfortable in collaborative settings
