As part of your internship, you will handle invoice management, utilize Yardi software for processing, and prepare essential documentation. This position provides an excellent opportunity to hone your skills and knowledge in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor the central invoice email effectively

• Save and upload invoices into Yardi and company systems

• Facilitate monthly check runs with printed checks

• Prepare aging reports crucial for payment processing

• Assist with rush check requests and documentation

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or graduated from an Accounting or Finance program

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills
