In this full-time role, you will prepare and validate client invoices while coordinating closely with Project Managers and Operations. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate billing records and ensure seamless month-end close activities. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong accounts receivable background and experience with invoicing software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue invoices according to project agreements
• Verify billing accuracy and ensure completeness
• Work with teams to resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Track invoice status and follow up on outstanding items
• Assist with month-end close related to invoicing
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Accounting or Finance
• 1-3 years in a relevant accounting role
• Strong understanding of invoicing and AR processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
