This full-time role invites you to contribute effectively to our finance department. You will ensure compliance with billing regulations and account accuracy while preparing invoices and credits. Strong customer service skills are essential to manage collections and facilitate payment discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately prepare and dispatch customer invoices
• Collect and manage client accounts efficiently
• Conduct daily cash management and record payments
• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide supportive administrative functions as required
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Accounting expertise in billing procedures vital
