As a Junior Accounts Payable Specialist at ASUS, you’ll manage the AP cycle from invoice processing to month-end closings. You will analyze complex transactions and mentor junior team members, all while improving automation within the AP function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and maintain compliance with company policies

• Manage data within Oracle ERP and ensure GL accuracy

• Conduct vendor reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies

• Drive automation initiatives within the AP team

• Prepare variance analysis and support annual audit tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field

• 1–3 years of prior accounts payable experience

• Advanced Excel skills and ERP proficiency

• Strong analytical capabilities and detail orientation

• Ability to adapt in a results-focused environment
