Freshgo Distribution Ltd. is seeking a reliable full-time Bookkeeper in Markham. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Candidates should have proficiency in Quick Books, advanced Microsoft Excel, and strong organization skills to excel in daily tasks and collaboration with departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily operations, including ledger and journal entries
• Process supplier invoices accurately with proper coding
• Reconcile vendor accounts for accurate payment records
• Collaborate with teams to verify financial data
• Assist in generating reports and month-end closing
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books and advanced Excel
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
