$30/hour

Day shift - 8:30am to 4:30 pm

• Prepare and process a high volume of invoices in Quick Books with speed and accuracy
• Extract and interpret information from handwritten work orders
• Separate labor/services from parts to create detailed invoices
• Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable and invoicing experience
• Previous experience within a service-based company such as:
• Fire Protection
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Mechanical Services
• Strong high-volume invoicing experience is required
• Ability to work from handwritten work orders with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
