At Grand Touring Automobiles, we represent some of the world’s most prestigious and high-performance automotive brands. As we continue to deliver on our promise to Live Grand, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Polestar and INEOS brand.
This role is integral to the financial precision and operational excellence behind our luxury retail experience.
Key Responsibilities- Post and finalize vehicle deals with a high level of accuracy, ensuring all documentation meets internal and manufacturer standards
- Review and validate deal structures, including pricing, commissions, incentives, and lender details
- Identify and resolve discrepancies between deal paperwork and system entries
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and financial reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and management teams to ensure seamless deal flow across both locations
- Uphold compliance with company policies, audit standards, and brand expectations
- Provide additional accounting and administrative support as required
- 2–3+ years of automotive accounting or dealership experience
- Proven experience with deal posting is essential
- Proficiency in CDK Drive and/or One-Eighty is required
- Strong working knowledge of dealership accounting, including AP/AR functions
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience:
