We are seeking an Accounts Clerk with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Markham. You will process vendor invoices, manage accounts receivable ledgers, and communicate with vendors about payment discrepancies. Your expertise is essential in supporting our sales orders and maintaining reliable vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and enter vendor invoices for timely payment
• Follow up on credits and resolve discrepancies
• Manage accounts receivable ledgers accurately
• Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payments
• Perform general office tasks, including filing
Requirements:
• 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• OSSD High School Diploma with vocational qualification
• Net Suite experience is preferred
