Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and enter invoices with proper approvals

• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies

• Prepare semi-monthly payments accurately and on time

• Maintain detailed vendor files and statements

• Collaborate with various departments to address issues

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance

• 2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable

• Strong ERP knowledge, Job Boss is a plus

• Proficiency in Excel for data management

• Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
