• Maintain and organize customer account records

• Contact customers regarding overdue account payments

• Generate requested AR status reports swiftly

• Resolve discrepancies by partnering with other departments

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related field experience

• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel

• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills

• Effective communication abilities and customer service focus
