Accounts Receivable and Payable Assistant

Join Forest Ridge as an Accounts Receivable and Payable Assistant in Mount Albert, ON. This office-based role focuses on reinforcing financial documentation and supporting daily operational accounting tasks.

The Accounts Receivable and Payable Assistant actively contributes to internal financial and administrative processes. You will handle billing reconciliation, manage vendor information, and maintain accurate records. This role is instrumental in ensuring efficient processing of invoices, collections follow-ups, and proper documentation for all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and organize data for billing reconciliation

• Review and maintain accuracy of customer and vendor logs

• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Process vendor invoices with correct GL coding

• Prepare and run weekly payment runs efficiently

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with AP/AR preferred in a related field
