As a vital member of our team, your 2-3 years of automotive accounting experience will let you manage vehicle deal postings and ensure compliance with all standards. Work closely with finance and sales to provide detailed records and support our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post and finalize vehicle deals

• Validate deal pricing, commissions, and lender details

• Identify and solve discrepancies in documentation

• Manage invoice processing and payment tracking

• Maintain vehicle inventory and financial records

Requirements:

• 2–3 years in automotive accounting or dealerships

• Proficiency in CDK Drive and One-Eighty

• Strong AP/AR knowledge and detail orientation

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
