Join Stella-Jones as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Gormley, Ontario. This hybrid role focuses on cash processing and customer dispute resolution while providing valuable support in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage cash deposits, reconcile payments, and conduct daily reviews of delinquent accounts. The position requires effective communication with internal teams and customers to resolve payment issues. Your attention to detail will streamline transaction records and aid in achieving successful financial resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments and verify transactions accurately

• Reconcile the Accounts Receivable Ledger daily

• Investigate delinquent accounts and identify payment issues

• Maintain documentation for payment disputes and resolutions

• Assist with master data forms for customer accounts

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in accounts receivable

• High School diploma; degree preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP

• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
