Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly invoices with project work effort trackers

• Analyze discrepancies in billing against accrued revenue

• Manage study closeout processes and invoice issuance

• Prepare audit confirmations for billing accuracy

• Handle collections for assigned accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of financial analysis experience

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

• Experience with Net Suite is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills
