• Match and investigate discrepancies with purchase orders

• Maintain vendor files and respond to inquiries

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance preferred

• 2-3 years in Accounts Payable or related fields

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Job Boss

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel functions

• Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities
