Position: General Accountant ON

With over 50 years in business, this well-established company seeks a reliable, detail-oriented accountant. You will own the bi-weekly payroll cycle, manage accounts payable/receivable, and support month-end close processes. This position provides a collaborative atmosphere, personal office space, and access to a comprehensive finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full bi-weekly payroll for 100 employees

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and annually

• Prepare management reports on financial activities

• Assist in coordination for the annual audit

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting

• Experience with Quick Books Online or similar systems

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools

• Strong communication skills for cross-level interactions
