Accounts Receivable Administrator

Richmond Advisory Services seeks an Accounts Receivable & Billing Administrator fluent in French and English. Contribute to financial transactions, invoicing, and vendor support in a hybrid remote environment.

This critical role requires a committed individual to streamline accounts payable and receivable processes while providing exceptional service to both clients and vendors. You will manage invoice processing, collections, and maintain our financial records’ accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily accounts payable operations accurately

• Manage vendor and utility invoice processing

• Answer vendor and client inquiries professionally

• Reconcile vendor statements for timely resolutions

• Prepare client invoices adhering to service level agreements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and billing

• Strong understanding of invoice processes

• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities

• Strong communication skills in both French and English
