Join King EPCM as a Part-Time Bookkeeper in Markham, Ontario. This role focuses on general accounting functions and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong Quick Books expertise.
In this Bookkeeper role, you will work closely with financial transactions, payroll, and tax remittances. Candidates should have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience and a solid understanding of Ontario payroll regulations. Attention to detail and organizational skills are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial documents like P&L reports
• Manage invoicing and payment processing
• Communicate effectively with accountants and management
• Resolve transaction-related issues proactively
Requirements:
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience required
• 2 years of Quick Books experience necessary
• Knowledge of HST filing and payroll regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
