Accounts Payable​/Receivable Specialist at LEA

As an integral team member at LEA, you will handle A/P and A/R responsibilities while supporting administrative tasks and financial reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices from vendors and consultants

• Manage semi-monthly cheque runs and payment processes

• Communicate with clients regarding overdue invoices

• Perform general ledger reconciliations and accounting support

• Provide assistance during the year-end audit process

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field

• 1–3 years in A/P and/or A/R roles

• Proficient in Deltek Vision or Vantage Point

• Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills

• Organized, detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
