This hands-on role requires an experienced accounting leader adept in manufacturing operations, cost control, and production-related reporting. You will collaborate closely with the Financial Controller and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, enforce strong controls, and achieve timely accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with journal entries and payroll administration

• Prepare financial statements per GAAP regulations

• Monitor inventory, COGS, and finished goods costing

• Conduct cost reconciliation and WIP analysis

• Supervise and develop the accounting team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

• Background in food manufacturing is preferred

• Proficient in cost accounting and financial reporting

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
