As part of the Forest Ridge team, your contribution will ensure accurate billing and high-quality vendor information. You'll manage daily accounting tasks and assist across departments to guarantee the smooth processing of invoices and payments. Your attention to detail is critical in maintaining compliance and supporting the company's financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize customer and vendor logs

• Extract data to support billing reconciliation

• Process vendor invoices with accurate GL coding

• Assist with accounts and follow up on collections

• Prepare weekly payment runs as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory;
Accounting coursework is a plus

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Previous administrative experience is advantageous

• Experience in AP/AR beneficial, ideally in landscaping
