Experienced Accounting Manager

Join a reputable food manufacturing company in Markham as an Accounting Manager. Lead finance functions, oversee inventory costing, and enhance overall reporting accuracy.

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in manufacturing. In this role, you will work alongside the Financial Controller to ensure the integrity of financial data while mentoring your team to improve processes and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

• Manage account reconciliations and general ledger

• Analyze inventory and production-related costs

• Coordinate year-end audit with external accountants

• Provide financial support for budgeting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Knowledgeable in inventory management and cost accounting

• Experience with ERP/accounting software solutions

• Proven leadership and communication skills
