The Senior Financial Accountant at Xplore will play a critical role in financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a hands-on capacity. With a focus on IFRS-based reporting, you'll utilize your advanced Excel and ERP knowledge to streamline month-end closing. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, your contributions will drive timely and high-quality financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own preparation and posting of journal entries each month

• Ensure timely resolution of reconciliations and variances

• Coordinate and file sales tax returns for subsidiaries

• Support external audits by preparing financial schedules

• Manage intercompany activities, calculations, and invoicing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a similar environment

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Thorough understanding of IFRS financial standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation

• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP
