Experienced Bookkeeper

Position: Experienced Bookkeeper at Max Advanced Brakes
Join Max Advanced Brakes as an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to maintain financial records and handle account transactions. Your expertise in accounting will secure accurate records and ensure thorough reconciliations.

This full-time role focuses on bookkeeping and accurate record-keeping for bank transactions and accounts. You will help with bank reconciliations, manage payables, and maintain fixed asset listings. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with accounting software is essential in this collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record and classify bank transactions

• Reconcile general ledgers and credit cards

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage payables

• Maintain fixed asset, prepayment, and accrual listings

• Record inventory in transit and reconcile received inventory

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles

• Proficiency in accounting software, QB is an asset

• Detail-oriented with strong integrity

• Proficiency in English;
Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus
