This full-time role involves responsibilities ranging from accounts payable to reporting and compliance activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enter vendor invoices into the system

• Prepare and send monthly rent invoices for tenants

• Assist in month-end close processes and bank reconciliations

• Update lease abstracts and maintain key data in the system

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and filing requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 2 years of accounting experience preferred

• Proficiency in property management accounting systems

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
