In this essential role, you will oversee the complete accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment. With at least two years of hands-on accounts payable experience, you will be responsible for coding invoices, entering transactions, and executing payment runs. Your organization and detail orientation will help maintain vendor relationships and support month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire accounts payable cycle from invoice to payment

• Maintain and verify vendor master data integrity

• Support month-end closing with reconciliations and reporting

• Resolve invoice discrepancies promptly

• Assist during internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years in accounts payable or full-cycle accounting

• Proficient with spreadsheets and ERP/accounting platforms

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to manage high transaction volumes
