Experienced Senior Accountant in Finance

Reporting directly to the accounting manager, this role plays a key part in the Finance department. You'll perform day-to-day accounting activities and manage reconciliations, including month-end journal entries. Your responsibilities will also extend to handling fixed asset management and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily accounting and reconciliations with accuracy

• Maintain Fixed Asset and lease accounting modules

• Prepare financial packages for headquarters monthly

• Conduct quarterly transaction reporting for related parties

• Ensure communication on compliance with internal policies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a relevant accounting role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business

• CPA designation or in pursuit is preferred

• Experienced with complex ERPs, particularly SAP

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Canadian GAAP
