Position: Accounting Administrator Role at ICON Visual
Join ICON Visual as an Accounting Administrator to handle comprehensive accounts payable and receivable functions. This position ensures all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely.

Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Administrator will manage financial records and support monthly reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting practices and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple facets of this role, including client relations and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Verify transaction compliance with policies and procedures

• Establish relationships with clients and vendors

• Prepare analysis reports and manage collections follow-ups

• Assist in filing invoices and matching purchase orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of accounting experience

• University or college degree in Accounting/Finance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with Sage ERP or ACCPAC systems

• Effective English communication skills
