Position: Senior Property Accounting Manager at Dream Unlimited
Take your accounting expertise to Dream as a Senior Manager of Property Accounting, focusing on leadership and strategic financial management. This role uniquely blends team oversight with property financial operations.

In this senior role within Dream’s Property Accounting division, you will coordinate the accounting functions for our property portfolio, streamline process improvements, and drive accurate financial reporting. You will utilize your strong accounting foundation and leadership skills to manage a talented team while pursuing operational excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and elevate the Property Accounting team

• Review and report financials on a quarterly and yearly basis

• Handle the full accounting cycle for various properties

• Ensure timely budget management and analysis of variances

• Coordinate year-end audits and tenant reconciliations

Requirements:

• Must be CPA certified with 5 years in real estate accounting

• Strong skills in Excel and other relevant software

• Proven communication and relationship-building ability

• Ability to manage deadlines and high-pressure scenarios

• Knowledge of JD Edwards is an asset
