The successful candidate will manage prepaid accounting, oversee corporate credit card activities, and handle accounts receivable from third-party contractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Corporate RBC Credit Card accounting

• Handle inquiries from 3rd Party Contractors

• Process payments and monitor aged receivables

• Set up Master Data for new contractor accounts

• Oversee weekly contractor compensation payments

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a Financial Accountant role

• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with SAP preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Progress toward CPA designation
