We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper for 20 hours a week with expertise in financial management. Your responsibilities will include data entry, account reconciliation, and overseeing budgeting to align with financial goals. You'll also be a collaborative force, assisting with tax preparation and generating financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and record keeping

• Perform analysis and reconciliation for accurate financial statements

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes

• Prepare budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives

• Process payroll accurately and timely

Requirements:

• 3 years of Quick Books experience

• 3 years of experience in account reconciliation

• 3 years of communication skills, both written and verbal

• 3 years of organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
