Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable and receivable processing

• Receive and validate invoices adhering to company policies

• Maintain updated records for vendors and clients

• Conduct weekly collections follow-up and reconciliation

• Prepare daily bank deposits and assist with filing

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Relevant degree in Accounting or Finance

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

• Experience with Sage ERP and/or ACCPAC

• Proficient in English communication
