Senior Controller for Canadian Organization

Join a well-established Canadian organization as a Senior Controller, fully onsite. Lead financial operations and ensure compliance with innovative accounting practices.
This role requires an experienced CPA to manage the Accounting Department and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Finance. You will guide a team of six while overseeing financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. Strong technical accounting expertise in a multi-entity environment is essential for success in this hands-on position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Direct entity-level and consolidated financial reporting

• Provide financial forecasts and performance analysis

• Manage cash flow and corporate banking relationships

• Oversee payroll and human resources administration
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline

• 8 to 10 years of progressive financial management experience

• Strong knowledge of tax compliance and financial governance

• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is beneficial
