Join a leading CPA firm in Markham, ON, as a Senior Accountant. This hybrid role involves financial statement preparation, tax filings, and client communication.

As a Senior Accountant, you will contribute with your CPA designation or progress towards it, alongside 3+ years in Canadian public accounting. Your expertise in financial audits, tax, and knowledge of ASPE and IFRS will be key to serving our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit, review, and compilation financial statements

• Assist with public company IFRS engagements

• File T1, T2, T3, and T4 forms

• Complete GST/HST returns accurately

• Maintain organized working papers for engagement teams

Requirements:

• CPA designated or in progress

• Degree in Accounting required

• 3+ years of Canadian public accounting experience

• Proficient in Excel and Case Ware, Quick Books

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
