Kellow Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of an established and growing metal fabrication company in Markham that is expanding its operations and investing in new equipment, technology, and processes.
The company supports customers across multiple industries, providing high-volume production and custom metal fabrication from a modern, exceptionally clean, and well-organized manufacturing facility.
With continued growth underway, they're looking for a Full Cycle Bookkeeper & Administrative Coordinator to become an important part of their small, collaborative office team.
Accounting comes first—but this isn't a role where you'll be confined to one function.
You'll own important day-to-day accounting responsibilities while also supporting administration and operations, improving processes, and taking on more responsibility as you grow with the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For Full Cycle Accounting- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Invoicing
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- General Ledger (GL)
- Journal entries
- Payroll
- Month-end support
- HST and remittances
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Year-end support
- Working with external accountants
- Collections
- Cash flow support
- Identify process gaps.
- Help develop and document new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- General office administration
- Shipping and warehouse support
- Documentation
- Assist other departments as required
- 3+ years of practical bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Strong full-cycle accounting fundamentals.
- Experience with Quick Books
. - Experience with:
- Month-end procedures
- Payroll
- HST
