Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple regions

• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations

• Oversee payroll-related tax filings and audits

• Develop standardized payroll reporting and processes

• Enhance payroll efficiency through process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Accounting, Finance, HR)

• Minimum 5 years of payroll leadership

• Expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations

• Knowledge of ACA and CRA reporting standards

• Certifications like CPP or PCP/CPM preferred
