Senior Financial Analyst

Our client is looking for a CPA-designated Senior Financial Analyst to support project and subsidiary financial reporting. This role combines external financial reporting, project accounting, month-end responsibilities, and stakeholder collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and working in a deadline-driven environment.

• Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting for a portfolio of projects.
• Prepare funding requests and supporting financial documentation.
• Draft IFRS-compliant financial statements and supporting working papers for subsidiary entities.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and external audits.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather financial and operational information.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and controls.

• CPA designation with 3+ years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and external financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

• Public accounting or audit experience.
• Experience with project accounting, capital projects, or complex organizational structures.
