Experienced Junior Director in US Tax

Join a reputable public accounting firm as a Junior Director (US Tax) in Markham, ON. This full-time, in-office role focuses on client engagement and team development.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned CPA with at least 10 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in Canadian corporate tax and compilation. You will lead client engagements while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships. Your work will directly impact the growth of the practice and the success of client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tax and advisory services for private clients

• Review and ensure accuracy in client files

• Strengthen client partnerships as an advisor

• Identify new tax planning opportunities

• Mentor and assist in developing junior team members

Requirements:

• Must have Canadian CPA designation

• 10+ years of relevant public accounting experience

• Expertise in US personal tax matters

• Proficient in iFirm and Case Ware applications

• Strongly prefer local candidates from Markham
