Join a dynamic mid-sized Canadian firm as a Senior Controller, full-time and on-site. Guide vital financial activities and enhance operational reporting.

This position calls for an experienced CPA to lead the Accounting Department and report to the Senior Vice President, Finance. You’ll manage a team of six while overseeing key functions like financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. A hands-on approach and strong accounting background are crucial in this multi-entity corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements

• Direct consolidated and entity-level financial reporting

• Manage cash flow and oversee treasury activities

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Lead payroll and human resources administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 8 to 10 years of progressive financial management experience

• Strong technical accounting skills in complex environments

• Proven leadership in an accounting setting

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
